For employees
Can my company see my answers?
No. On an anonymous survey nobody can see who answered what, not even HR. Results show only for groups of 5 or more people. Your written comments are never shown word for word.
Where is my survey link?
It comes by email from no-reply@pulsepoint.kokumhq.com. Check your spam folder. If the link has expired, ask your HR team to send a new one.
Something at work is hurting me. Who can I tell?
A survey comment is anonymous, so nobody can reply to it. If you need help now, talk to someone you trust, or call the Tele-MANAS mental health helpline: 14416 (free, 24 hours, India). If you are in danger, call 112.
For HR teams
I cannot sign in.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. If your account says it is suspended, email us.
Why do I not see results for a team?
A team needs at least 5 answers before any result shows. This keeps answers anonymous.
How do I add my people?
Go to People and add them one by one, or import a CSV file.
