We keep billing simple: monthly fees priced by team size, no lock-in, cancel anytime. This policy explains exactly what happens to your money when you cancel or request a refund.
1 Free trial
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial of the full product. No card is required during the trial, so there's nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
2 Cancelling a paid plan
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing, no email or phone call required. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid month, after which the account closes. Your data isn't deleted on cancellation — see the Privacy Policy for retention.
3 Refunds
Because plans are billed monthly (not annually), the exposure is small — but we still want to be fair:
| Situation | What you get | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| First paid month, cancel within 7 days | Full refund, no questions asked | 5–7 working days |
| Cancel mid-month (after 7 days) | No pro-rata refund; access continues to month end | — |
| Duplicate / accidental charge | Full refund of the erroneous charge | 5–7 working days |
| Billing error on our side | Full correction or refund | 5–7 working days |
| Extended outage (our fault) | Service credit or pro-rata refund | Case by case |
4 How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay (UPI, card, or net banking). GST charged on a refunded amount is reversed in line with tax rules. We can't redirect a refund to a different account.
5 Upgrades & downgrades
- Upgrade: takes effect immediately; the price difference is charged pro-rata for the remainder of the current month.
- Downgrade: takes effect at the next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
6 How to request a refund
Email billing@pulsepoint.in from your admin address with your company name and the charge date, or raise it with our Grievance Officer. We respond within 3 working days.
