On every Pro plan you can supply your own AES-256 encryption key from AWS KMS, Google Cloud KMS, or Azure Key Vault. PulsePoint uses it to encrypt all your data and never stores the key itself. If you revoke it, your data becomes inaccessible to everyone — including us. Built for companies that need full data sovereignty — not reserved for the biggest teams.

What counts as an "employee"?
Anyone on your PulsePoint roster — the people who receive pulse surveys. Your price follows your active headcount: add people and your next invoice adjusts by the per-person rate for that band; remove people and it drops. The only fixed minimum is the ₹999 base for your first 25.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. Every Pro plan starts with a 14-day trial that needs no payment method. Add a card only when you decide to continue after the trial.
How do I pay?
Via Razorpay — UPI, Net Banking, cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Paytm, PhonePe, or EMI. A GST invoice is generated and emailed automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. You keep full access until the end of the billing period; after that the account closes. Your data is retained for 90 days so you can export or reactivate, then it's deleted.
What if we grow past 250 employees?

Is GST included in the price?
No. All listed prices are exclusive of GST at 18%. A proper GST invoice is sent for every payment. PulsePoint is GST registered.
